Sharon and John Matthams traveled the world over and chose to call Carmel and Pebble Beach home nearly 40 years ago.  For 30 years, while raising her family Sharon helped "Make the Going Great" as a Pan Am Flight Attendant.  Husband John launched an architectural and design firm and began what would become a legendary career as one of the most iconic architects and designers shaping the future of living in Carmel and Pebble Beach.
After her sons Chason and Kean graduated from RLS and moved away to attend university; Chason to NYU and Kean to SMU, Sharon launched her career in Real Estate.  Having decades of experience seeing families' real estate visions and dreams come true alongside her husband, Sharon has an elegant and passionate way of helping clients find beautiful and unique properties that fit their lifestyle.
As a successful realtor on The Peninsula for over 10 years, Sharon brings her lifetime commitment to customer service and extraordinary human skills to the art of Real Estate.  Sharon has a complete 360-degree view of the local market having personally engaged in architecture and development, speculative investments, rental homes, and most of all, brokerage, where she has become an expert at matching clients with homes that truly fulfill their vision and dreams. Sharon is responsive, transparent and honest in all she does.  She activates a network of professionals that has been earned over decades to help advise clients on all aspects of a home.
John's reputation earned over 4 decades in this community is second to none. Sharon and partners Kean Matthams and Emily Weidner strive to only enhance that reputation with each new client relationship they build.
